By creating an account or using our site, you accept these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
ZAWO is a marketplace facilitating connections between buyers and travelers. We are not a courier, we are not a customs agency, and we are not importers. Each party retains individual legal responsibility for their own actions.
You are responsible for keeping your password secure, for any activity under your account, and for providing truthful info at signup. We may suspend accounts for misuse.
The buyer pays a single total that includes the product, store taxes, shipping from the USA to the destination country, and local delivery. The exact total is shown before paying, country by country. Payments in Argentina and Brazil are processed through dLocal in local currency.
If a package never arrives, arrives damaged, or arrives missing items, you can open a formal dispute from your order. ZAWO's team reviews it within 72 hours.
You cannot ship: weapons, firearms, ammunition, or replicas; illegal drugs or controlled substances; prescription medication; commercial quantities of alcohol or tobacco; vaping products; perishable foods; live animals or plants; counterfeit or trademark-infringing goods; items subject to U.S. export controls (ITAR/EAR); cultural artifacts or antiques with import restrictions; hazardous materials; cash or monetary instruments; or anything illegal in the U.S., Argentina, or Brazil. ZAWO's system may flag additional items at the time of quoting. This list is not exhaustive: when in doubt, ask before ordering.
Travelers transport goods as personal baggage and are solely responsible for complying with customs regulations in all countries they transit, including applicable personal import allowances. ZAWO does not provide customs clearance services and is not responsible for goods retained or seized by customs authorities.
Unpaid orders: you can cancel at any time from your order page. Paid orders: if the shipment cannot be completed before departure, you receive a full refund. dLocal payments (Argentina/Brazil) are refunded to the original payment method within 10 business days. If you open a dispute and ZAWO determines the order was not fulfilled, a refund is issued for the amount paid. Partial refunds may apply in cases of partial delivery.
ZAWO is not responsible for: airline-caused delays; customs problems caused by buyer misdeclaration; prohibited items shipped without our knowledge; or any indirect, special, or consequential losses.
We may update these terms. We email you with 30 days advance notice for material changes.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States. Notwithstanding the above, users who are end consumers in Argentina or Brazil retain the rights granted to them by their respective consumer protection laws (Ley 24.240 in Argentina; Código de Defesa do Consumidor in Brazil), which cannot be waived by contract.
