Frequently asked questions.
The most common questions from senders and travelers, answered. If you can't find yours, write to us.
01How fast does my package arrive?
Depends on the next ZAWO departure to your country. When you book a trip, you see the exact arrival date before confirming payment.
02What if I buy something that doesn't arrive?
You pay the full shipping cost and ZAWO holds it until we confirm the package arrived in the destination country. That kicks off the buyer-protection window. If anything is off, the team reviews your claim within the window and resolves it.
03Can I ship anything?
Almost everything: clothing, electronics, supplements, baby goods, books, beauty. NOT allowed: weapons, alcohol, perishables, restricted liquids, prescription drugs. Full list at /aduana.
04Where does my package come from?
ZAWO receives your order in the U.S., verifies the contents on a short video, and brings it on the next available departure. You see all the details when you book.
05How does ZAWO verify each shipment?
Every operation passes professional KYC via Stripe Identity (the same provider banks use). Plus a video unboxing in the U.S. so you see exactly what's coming before it ships.
06What about customs?
ZAWO auto-generates the customs manifest for every package. Argentina and Brazil have clear rules for personal shipments. See /aduana for details. If anything comes up at customs, ZAWO covers it end to end.
07When do I get the package?
The day you book you see the exact delivery date. After that ZAWO handles every step: warehousing in the U.S., transport, customs and last-mile delivery to your city.
08Do I need an ID to register as a buyer?
No. Just email, password and phone. For shipments above USD 500, we ask for an ID for compliance.
