ZAWO is operated by SAITT Talent SAS (incorporation in progress), domiciled in Argentina. Our service connects people who need to receive packages with international travelers who have available bag space.
By creating an account or using our site, you accept these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
ZAWO is a marketplace facilitating connections between senders (buyers) and travelers. We are not a courier, we are not a customs agency, and we are not importers. Each party retains individual legal responsibility.
You are responsible for keeping your password secure, for any activity under your account, and for providing truthful info at signup. We may suspend accounts for misuse.
We charge a fee on each completed shipment (approximately 30% of the shipment value). Payments are processed via Stripe Connect. Sender funds are held in escrow until delivery is confirmed.
If a package never arrives, arrives damaged, or arrives missing items, we open a formal dispute. We resolve in 72 hours. ZAWO maintains a guarantee fund to cover incidents during investigation.
You cannot ship: weapons, drugs, commercial alcohol, perishables, animal/plant products, prescription medication, banned liquids in flights, or anything illegal in the U.S., Argentina or Brazil. Full list at /aduana.
ZAWO is not responsible for: airline-caused delays, customs problems caused by sender misdeclaration, or prohibited items shipped without our knowledge.
We're in beta. If a package is lost, damaged or arrives missing items, you open a dispute from your order and we mediate within 72 h. While the dispute is open the traveler's payout is held. As compensation we cover up to USD 200 per order from ZAWO's guarantee fund · beyond that we evaluate case by case. We don't have formal transport insurance yet · if your package is worth significantly more than that, get a quote from a traditional courier.
We may update these terms. We email you with 30 days advance notice for material changes.
These terms are governed by the laws of Argentina. Any dispute will be resolved in the ordinary courts of the City of Buenos Aires.
